She is an expert in Vancouver market. My property was a tougher sell due to the condition of it. Stacee was challenged with coming up with a selling price. She hit the mark and exceeded. We had 11 offers within 48 hours of going on the market! She negotiated very well on my behalf and exceeded our sales price expectations.
